They fully understand our systems (since they sold them to us and installed them) and know how to keep them running at top performance. Been in our house for 10 years and everything is running great. If you have Carrier equipment, I cannot recommend them enough. I don't know how well they know other furnace/AC brands, but they know Carrier inside and out.
